1. Should I Work With Only One Person For The Entire Time?

When you sign up for any of our plans, you will get an Account manager who will manage & take care of your tasks. You can change the Account manager in the future if you want.

 

 

2. Is There Any Hidden/Additional Cost?

No! Everything is covered under your monthly subscription fees.

 

 

3. Is There Any Minimum Period Of the Contract That I Need To Sign?

Not at all! All of our plans are monthly based (Except the Pay As You Go Plan). You can subscribe and cancel your plan at any time as per your choice.

 

4. What Happens If All Of My Hours Have Been Consumed Before The Ending Of The Month?

You can simply contact your Account Manager and he will add Additional hours to your account. Ex: If you are on a 10 Hours plan, you can purchase additional hours at USD 14/hour.

 

 

5. What Is The Procedure Of Making Payment?

We use Stripe as our secured Payment Gateway Partner. You just need to enter your Credi Card/ Debit Card details to subscribe to any of our plans. 

P.S: We neither receive nor store your card details.

 

 

6. I Have To Change My Time Zone Frequently For Business Purposes. Can I Send a Task At Any Point Of Time From Any Time Zone?

Definitely, you can! We provide 24/7 support. Aside, you can send your tasks on any holiday, as we are 365 days available to provide you best service.

 

7. I Subscribed For A Full-Time Plan And My Dedicated VA Is Not Well Someday. Can I Get Back Up Support?

In WERVAS, we always train a backup VA along with your Dedicated VA. In case, your Dedicated VA is unable to perform your task, the Backup VA will provide you with the same support.

 

8. What Makes WERVAS The Right Choice For Me?

9. How Secure My Data Is?

Data security is our main concern as we are dealing with the internet. We use a secure NAS server to store your confidential data. All of our employees sign an NDA at the moment of joining.

 

10. Can I Subscribe If I Am Not From US/UK/AUS?

Certainly! We provide global services. You just need to send your tasks in English.

11. Do You Provide Cold Calling And Sales Service?

No! We don't provide cold calling service. We don't guarantee any kind of sales.

 

12. I Am Not Happy With The Services, Can I Get A Refund?

If you are not happy with the performance, you can contact your account manager (Your point of contact). We do not grant any refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
