Getting Started on Your First Day
Welcome to WERVAS! As a new client, we look forward to working together and ensuring a successful partnership. In our onboarding call, we will cover essential topics together with managing day to day operations with your virtual assistant. We are committed to allot you the best assistant within 24 Hours( Except Week

Schedule
You will receive a calendar placeholder from your assigned Client Success Manager on your agent/s start date as a reminder. Please arrange your 1st day session with the agent separately.

Access
Please let us know if we need to arrange any equipment or install tools before your agents start.

Training Materials
You can ask for access to our collaboration workspace to store your training materials and monitor their progress.
Work & Time Tracking
No Work, No Pay
Our assistants log in and out daily – maintaining transparency in all we do. If your VA fails to turn up for work, you are not charged. However, we provide backup assistants for our client's convenience.
Timesheets
Access timesheets and invoices conveniently via the Wervas Client Portal. We’ll set you up with access once you subscribe to any of our plans.
Roll Over Hours
Now you need not to worry about your monthly unused hours. We rollover your unused hours to your next subscription cycle.
Workspace
Wervas Collaboration Workspace Tool
Get set up in our custom project management platform (Basecamp) to collaborate with your assistant or team.

Schedules, Holidays & Extra Hours
Holiday Policies
Agents are only paid for hours they work and they may be unavailable to work during certain public holidays, such as Christmas. You can request them to work on specific dates as needed. Additional bonuses for working those dates are at your discretion.

Substitution
If you are not satisfied with the work of your dedicated assistant. You can easily substitute your assistant at any point of time. Discuss with your assigned Account Manager and your assistant will be substituted within 48 Hours. While your existing dedicated assistant is being substituted we will provide a backup assistant to work for you, we will ensure that your work does not get affected during the change.
Cancellation Of Service
If you are not happy with the service of Wervas and willing not to continue with us, we will not hold you back. You can easily cancel our subscription by emailing us. It is important to send the cancellation email 48 Hours before your next subscription renewal date. Once we receive your email we will cancel your subscription from our end and you will not be charged.
Data Security
We’re committed to preserving your confidential information and sign every necessary documents before starting your work. All of our executives are from our in house team who works from our corporate office situated at Kolkata, India. We duly sign agreements with all of our employees before hiring. We strictly do not recruit Freelancers to work for any of our clients. We follow Secure Endpoint Security system for any type of data handling.
