BILLING MODEL AND CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
We have NO REFUND POLICY. Refunds cannot be requested by a customer after Signing up OR at the Start of the contract.
A customer can request cancellation of the services prior to 48 hours of the next subscription renewal date and such will be effective within the next 48 hours and the services will NOT renew in the next billing cycle. However, the customer can use the service/product benefits till the period of the pre-paid billing cycle. If you have missed placing the cancellation request within the due time i.e 48 Hours prior to your next renewal and your subscription is auto-renewed, we are not liable to refund you the subscription amount.
Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber, or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the country listed in our contact information, i.e. India.
